• Eligibility: There are no age restrictions for using ATC123, though certain content may be tailored for specific audiences (e.g., high schoolers or parents).

• Account: You may need to create an account to access paid content. You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure.

• Prohibited Actions: You may not copy, distribute, resell, or share course materials (e.g., PDFs, videos) with others. All content is for personal use only.

2. Purchases and Payments

• Pricing: Course prices are listed on our website and subject to change. Payments are processed via Squarespace or other future platforms we may adopt.

• 100% Satisfaction and Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 100% satisfaction and money-back guarantee! If you’re not fully satisfied, request a refund within 30 days of purchase. To qualify, complete at least 25% of the course and provide a brief reason for your dissatisfaction. Refunds are void if all materials are downloaded within 48 hours without progress, or after course completion/passing practice tests. Contact support for technical issues first (72-hour resolution window). Guarantee applies once per customer, to the original purchaser and payment method only.

• ATC123 provides educational content "as is." We’re not liable for outcomes like FAA hiring decisions or test results. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
